REEF's first Field Survey Trip to Bequia since 2004 offers the unique opportunity to dive and survey the walls and reefs of the Grenadines. Travel times to the dive sites are all 15 minutes or less, and each afternoon, REEF Co-Founder and noted photographer Paul Humann will lead fish identification presentations for the group to expand their knowledge of local fishes. Bequia, known as the "Big Little Island", offers a true Caribbean experience with beautiful sandy beaches framed by lush green hillsides and turquoise water. Your accommodations at Village Apartments overlook Admiralty Bay and Bequia's yacht harbor, and are a short walk from the grocery store as well as many beachfront restaurants. *Please note that this destination does not offer nitrox.

Admiralty Bay on Bequia is arguably one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean.

Airport/hotel transfer information: Bequia can be reached from several Caribbean gateways, however REEF recommends that participants fly through Barbados (BGI) as this provides more daily connecting flights to Bequia (BQU) than any other connecting airport. Connecting flights to Bequia can be booked on SVG Airways or Mustique Airways. After arriving, participants will be transported from the airport to Village Apartments via taxi. The cost of transfers to and from the airport is included in the package price.
