Can anyone help ID this fish?

Saw this last week while in BVI, off of Peter Island. Down about 20 feet, it was 3-3 1/2 feet long. Thanks!

Jayhawg Just off Peter Island is a common location to see tarpon & their nurseries. I once snokeled in a school of 47 adults at that location in early March.
