Not Sure what this fishy is. It could be a jr. adult, jr. sculpin arrow goby, jr. greenling it is about 2.5 inches long. It was found off the Edmond marina breakwater in the shallows, 20 feet, during the day.

kind of looks like a leopard goby. not sure if those live there. just my 2 cents.
