This was taken at Cobalt Coast, Grand Cayman...they were with some razorfish. Are they Clown Wrasse? The coloring on the body has me confused. They were in about 15' of water in a sandy/rocky patch.

I think it is a clown wrasse. You just seem to have taken the picture when it was changing from juvenile markings (dark stripe on length of body) to Initial phase (with the pattern on the head and the dark spot on the dorsal fin)
