I was diving in Cozumel last week and saw this school of fish on several occassions- I think they are a type of grunt - sorry the lighting is not that good....I cannot find it in the Humann book...

Although it might have hints of a striped grunt, what you saw was a member of the bonnetmouth family called a boga. Bogas tend to have a bluish cast and a yellowish nose.
