For some reason I can't find this fish in the books. They were on several dives in Curacao so I don't think they are anything unusual. They would sit on the reef and then dart into cervices if approached.
Looks like you have found a Redspotted Hawkfish, Amblycirrhitus pinos. Nice photo!
