DVD help

Where should I go for help with the DVD?  I am already on my second question, and I suspect I will have more.  The DVD "pages" are a small box in the middle of my screen, but clicking the maximize box does not make them larger.  How do I get the PC DVD to fill the PC monitor's screen?

Thank You,

Marty

Hmm.

Other than the manual and tutorial, I'm not sure where to go for extra help. I guess you can always ask here. Probably better in the General Discussion forum. As far as the size, I think that is as good as it gets. I don't think there is any way to maximize the main window or the fish description windows. It looks like only the pictures and sketches can be full screen. At least I havent figured out a way.

Thank you

Thank you.  I am deeply grateful for your participation here.  I will use the General Discussion forum in the future.  I live near REEF headquarters; I guess I can always go there with a question.  It would be nice if there was someone you could email about the DVD and a frequently-asked-questions link.

Happy Holidays,

Marty

help with the DVD

Hi Marty,

Thanks for your questions. To clarify, are you talking about the Reef Fish Identification DVD that is produced by New World Publications and ReefNet, right?  In addition to soliciting help from fellow fishwatchers on the REEF Discussion Forum, for questions on this specific product you can also contact the producer of the DVD directly. Their email is orders@fishid.com. Have fun with the DVD! It's a great resource!

Thank you

Thank you.  Yes, I am talking about the Reef Fish Identification DVD produced by New World Publication and ReefNet.  The more I use it, the more I get out of it.  It is many times better than the (DeLoach/Humann) book, and I adore the book.  So far, my only complaint is the the basic search page is small and cannot be made to fill my computer-monitor screen.  I can live with that.  Also, I will have to improve in adjusting photos, to compare one species with another.  But, overall, I love the DVD, and I have not found it necessary to bother the publisher.

Thank you for your input.

Marty
