Is this a goby?

Is this a goby? I assumed it is. I went through each of the very many gobies on the interactive DVD, and I did not find this one. I considered and rejected bridled, peppermint, sand and spotted gobies.
St. Vincent, April 5, 2011, depth 56 feet, bottom temperature 79 degrees Fahrenheit.

I am thinking most likely red band parrotfish Juvenile.

Wow! How surprising.
First of all, thank you. I was surprised by your answer; I had been locked into goby ... or, maybe, blenny. I never thought of parrotfishes. Diving can be very educational.
