The white stripe down the forehead and across the lips make me think juvenile Yellowmouth. I also see a hint of the black coloring on the top of the eyes that would be typical of a juvenile Yellowmouth. The variation may be due to night/sleeping coloration.

I can't see the ID keys to make a confident call, but it strikes me as a juv graysby.

Juvenile Black Grouper. Mycteroperca bonaci
The baby black grouper has the very geometric brown blotches like that- and they are the most common Mycteroperca grouper in that area.
