I think this is a roughead blenny, unfortunatly the camera I was using was not capable of macro focus so the photo is not as sharp as it could be.
You are correct! That is most likely a roughhead blenny, great job on sighting this little guy! The cirrus above each eye are branched and bushy, and they come in a variety of colors, from blackish brown to green and yellow. Also, they will either have an occelated black spot or a dark smudge near the front of their dorsal fin. Similar species include the secretary and spinyhead blenny.
