These marine creatures highlight the diversity of ocean ecosystems and encourage understanding and respect for marine life. This adorable Tiger Shark plushie is perfect for any ocean lover. A real Tiger Shark is on average is 10 to 14 feet and weighs 1400 to 2000 pounds. This Jumbo Tiger Shark plushie is 23" long and weighs in at a whopping 9oz. Conservation Creatures make wonderful gifts for any conservation lover!

Tiger Shark (Galeocerdo cuvier) are named for their dark, vertical stripes that tend to fade as they get older. They have an excellent sense of sight and smell and are highly successful predators. Tiger Sharks have a reputation for eating anything, even non-food items including garbage, which has earned them the nickname "wastebasket of the sea." They are found tropical and sub-tropical waters all over the world, including REEF's TWA, SAS, TEP, HAW, SOP, CIP, and NE regions.
