How to dive at REEF Fest:

At REEF Fest 2018, participants are invited to join dedicated REEF boat charters at participating Upper Keys dive shops on the mornings of Friday, September 21 and Saturday, September 22. Each boat will have a REEF representative onboard, with fish identification materials available for you to use during your dives. You can sign up and pay for dives or snorkeling here.

It is not necessary to call any dive shops to register for REEF Fest. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your space, please review the information listed here and then complete the REEF Fest Diving form. After submitting the form, you will be directed to a page to submit your payment. Space on a REEF Fest boat is not confirmed until payment has been made.

Interested in snorkeling?

Amoray Dive Resort will offer a snorkel friendly charter (divers also welcome!) on the mornings of Friday, September 21 and Saturday, September 22. If you are interested in joining a different charter as a snorkeler, please inquire with events@REEF.org or call 305-852-0030.

What is the cost to dive or snorkel?

A two-tank morning dive trip costs $90 per person, and includes tanks and weights. If you want to participate as a snorkeler, the cost is $45 per person.

What if I need rental gear?

Please contact the dive shop to make arrangements for rental gear. All costs for rental gear will be paid directly to the dive shop. Tanks and weights are included in the cost of the dive trip and do not need to be reserved in advance.

What is the cancellation policy?

All dives are subject to change based on weather and other conditions. Due to the nature of REEF Fest and the large number of guests who attend, no refunds are available for cancellation or no shows. You will receive a full refund for the dive cost if the dive operator cancels that day's trip, however, we are not able to offer refunds for REEF Fest diving under any other circumstance.

What happens after I register?

Shortly after you submit your registration form, one of our staff will send you a confirmation email. You will also be asked to complete a REEF liability waiver . Any other necessary paperwork, such as dive shop waivers, will be completed in person on the day of the trip.
