Drop Off & Pick Up Times
You may drop off your camper as early as 8:45 AM and all campers must be checked in by 9:00 AM.
Pickup will be from 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM. Parents and/or Guardians must notify counselors at least 24 hours in advance. It is important for campers to be picked up on time. Any campers not picked up by 3:30 PM will be supervised by a counselor until the parent or guardian arrives, and will be charged a later pick-up fee.
What to Bring
Daily Required Items:
- Facial covering
- Refillable water bottle
- Comfortable walking/standing shoes
- Lunch & snacks
- Bug spray & sunscreen
- Backpack or bag to carry personal items
- Recommended: hat, sunglasses, sandals, swimsuits, sun shirt/rash guard - campers will have the option every day to swim or snorkel at the beach
Required Items for Excursion/Water Days:
- Sun shirt/rash guard
- Water shoes
- Dry change of clothes
Please apply bug spray and sunscreen on your campers before dropping them off at camp.
Sign In/Sign Out
Campers will be released only to the person(s) listed on their registration form and sign-out sheet. Any person picking up a camper must bring a valid driver's license to sign out.
The camper's legal parent or guardian will need to notify REEF staff if someone other than who is listed on their registration form is going to pick them up.
Allergies & Medical Concerns
We ask that you document and specify the severity of any allergies, medical concerns, and behavioral accommodations in your camper's online registration form.
While Florida state law prohibits us from dispensing medication, we will be happy to supervise that the child takes the medication properly. Please carefully pack the medication and detailed instructions with the child's belongings.
Counselors will carry cell phones at all times and can always be reached for emergency purposes. Parents will be provided cell phone numbers to contact REEF staff in case of an emergency or if your child cannot attend one or more camp days.
