Florida Keys Lionfish Derbies - Registration Form

This form will register your team of up to four persons for one of the upcoming Lionfish Derbies in the Florida Keys:

There are no more Derbies scheduled for 2011. Check back for 2012 dates and events.

Each participating team needs to submit this registration form and pay the $120 registration fee. Registrations received after 6pm EST on Wednesday before each event will be charged the late registration fee of $150.
