What is the cancellation policy for purchases, including diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and For the Love of the Sea tickets?

Due to the nature of REEF Fest and the large number of guests who attend, no refunds are available for cancellation or no shows. All dive, snorkel and kayak trips are subject to change based on weather and other conditions. You will receive a full refund for the dive cost if the operator cancels that day's trip, however, we are not able to offer refunds for REEF Fest diving/snorkeling or kayaking under any other circumstance. There are no refunds for For the Love of the Sea tickets unless the event does not take place.

What if I need rental gear for diving?

Please contact the dive shop to make arrangements for rental gear. All costs for rental gear will be paid directly to the dive shop. Tanks and weights are included in the cost of the dive trip and do not need to be reserved in advance.
