Join us for a celebration of sustainability in honor of Earth Day! Learn about how you can practice healthy living for yourself and the environment by visiting booths from local organizations, who will be attendance to share their conservation messages. Participating organizations and businesses include:

• Florida Keys Wild Bird Center
• John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park
• Key Dives
• Coco Plum Place
• MarineLab Environmental Education Center
• History of Diving Museum
• CMD Yoga and Wellness Studio
• All Keys Cycles
• Islamorada Beer Company

To promote sustainability and eliminate waste, attendees are encouraged to ride a bicycle or walk to the event, and bring a reusable cup. In return, each person will receive one free raffle ticket to be entered to win a raffle prize that includes donations from local organizations.

Key Dives will be giving away succulents, so please bring a recycled container (aluminum can, sauce jar, or other food container) that can be given a second life. There will be a craft table where attendees can decorate their containers with and eco-friendly message.

Islamorada Beer Company will be donating a half-barrel keg of Sandbar Sunday ale - bring a reuseable cup for a free beer!

At 6:15pm in the REEF Interpretive Center, Lucia Speroni, Ph.D., will be presenting about sustainability and eco-friendly habits. The presentation is free and open to the public.
