Join us for Ocean After Hours: From REEF to Resilience, a conversation with marine scientists and conservation professionals working to understand and protect Florida’s coastal ecosystems.
Hear from Jennifer Diaz, Vice President of Education at The Everglades Foundation; Chesley Davis, REEF’s Director of Learning and Engagement; Phil Allman, Professor of Marine Biology at Goshen University; and Maddie Cholnoky, Mission: Iconic Reefs Implementation Manager for the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. The conversation will be moderated by Daisy Anderson, REEF’s Marine Conservation Fellow.
Together, they’ll explore how scientists monitor changes in our oceans, what those changes can tell us about the health of our coastal ecosystems, and how research, education, conservation, and community participation can help build resilience.
The conversation will include an opportunity for audience questions and discussion.
