SMILE Workshop Registration- June 21

This registration form is for the SMILE Workshop on Sunday June 21, 2025. Please note the classroom portion of the workshop is required and will be held before the two-tank afternoon dives at Key Dives in Islamorada. You may join the class virtually or in person.

You must pay your $40 deposit AND fill out the registration form to secure your space.
