At this year's Palm Beach County Lionfish Derby, REEF is teaming up with Loggerhead MarineLife Center and Chef Chris Sherrill of Flora-Bama Yacht Club to bring you the second Lionfish Culinary Competition! Guest Chefs from all over the region will compete to create the most delicious lionfish dish. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three places and the winning chef will be given a golden ticket to compete in this year's World Food Championships! Judges will sample the cuisine to decide the winners. VIPS will get a chance to vote for the People’s Choice Award.
