Designed originally to be floating eyewear retainers, this product is a 17" piece of colorful latex rubber tubing that can be used to attach a pencil to a survey slate. Comes with 3 beads to secure tubing to slate. Recommended use with golf pencil or thin mechanical pencil. Does not include slate, pen pal, pencil, or wrist lanyard.
