REEF Into the Blue Book Club will be discussing Bleeding Sea by K.A. Kirtland for the January session.

Bleeding Sea is a compelling thriller that blends marine conservation, environmental mystery, and high-stakes science. The story follows researchers as they uncover unexpected changes in the ocean, raising questions about the pressures shaping our seas.

Join us for a FREE fish ID class at the Trans World Radio (TWR) Bonaire Headquarters on Tuesday, November 25, 7:00 PM AST! Expert REEF surveyors, Carmen Toanchina and Dana Kowalsick, will be discussing silvery fishes, with a focus on Mojarras, Chubs, Scads and Porgies.

What to Expect:
• Learn to identify local species of fish in Bonaire
• Explore what it means to be a citizen scientist and contribute data to the Volunteer Fish Survey Project
• Gather with fellow ocean lovers. All are welcome!

Join the REEF team for our annual get-together to celebrate the holidays. Light refreshments and beverages will be served.
