Local non-profits as well as conservation and environmental minded artisanal vendors are invited to participate in the festival with a 10x10 booth space. Non-profits and government booth are FREE but we ask that you please plan to have a hands-on activity or demonstration prepared for the festival.
Artisans that wish to sell items at the festival will be reviewed by REEF for acceptance as a vendor, and if approved will be required to contribute a $75 fee towards REEF for their booth space. This fee will be used to support our lionfish derby series. Artisan vendors will be given notice of their approval status no less than 4 weeks prior to the festival.
Due to the desirable location and increased attendance expectancy, there are limited spaces available, so please fill out the application form below as soon as possible. Once we receive your submission and we will review all applicants and select those who fit with the mission/goal for the derby and festival. We will let know within 30 days of the festival and we will send you a confirmation and a payment info (if applicable).
Final deadline to register is August 25th (but will close sooner if available spaces have been filled).
*All vendors will be required to bring there own tent and tables for the event.
