KEY LARGO, FLA. – Master ceramist and public artist Sonata Kazimieraitiene to celebrate the completion of “Textures of the Tide” at the Ocean Exploration Center. Reef Environmental Education Foundation (REEF) will debut a new collaborative installation in The Ocean Inspires rotating exhibit at the REEF Ocean Exploration Center for Marine Conservation and invite the community to celebrate at an upcoming artist reception.

Introducing our February Fish of the Month, the Clown Triggerfish, Balistoides conspicillum!
We are excited to welcome our Spring 2026 Marine Education & Conservation Interns to REEF! They will assist with education, outreach, events, and more at the REEF Ocean Exploration Center in Key Largo. Since 1993, more than 150 young adults have interned with REEF and transitioned into careers all over the world, in the marine conservation field and beyond. Join us for a FREE marine life education class at the Trans World Radio (TWR) Bonaire Headquarters on Thursday, January 29 at 7:00 pm AST!
The main focus of this class will be on spawning, with detailed information on two major species: the Yellowtail Parrotfish and the Ocean Surgeonfish, along with several other species that can be observed around Bonaire.
