This Great Annual Fish Count, join Project Laut to learn fish ID and how to contribute to science by doing REEF surveys! What to Expect:

This Great Annual Fish Count, join REEF and Amoray Dive Center for a FREE fish ID class, followed by a fish survey dive/snorkel as part of the REEF Volunteer Fish Survey Project.

The educator will join the participants on the boat to provide marine life expertise, distribute survey supplies, and answer questions!

This month’s session, "Lookalikes: Spot the Difference," will focus on those species of reef fish that seem almost identical but have key differences once you know what to look for.

What to Expect:

The main focus of this class will be on spawning, with detailed information on two major species: the Yellowtail Parrotfish and the Ocean Surgeonfish, along with several other species that can be observed around Bonaire.
